1. Services Provided
We design, build, and maintain websites for businesses under our Standard, Premium, and Custom plans.
- Standard Plan: Static website hosted on our server, with a limited number of monthly updates performed by us.
- Premium Plan: Dynamic, CMS-powered website with client editing access, ongoing hosting, and SEO optimization.
- Custom Plan: Fully tailored solutions with advanced features such as booking systems, e-commerce, chatbots, and more.
2. Free Website Policy
- Your initial website design and development are provided free of charge when you subscribe to one of our hosting plans.
- The website remains the property of OkiiDesign while you are subscribed.
- If you wish to own and transfer the website code/files to another host, a site buyout fee will apply. This fee will be provided upon request.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
- Hosting and maintenance plans are billed monthly via Stripe or another secure payment processor.
- Payments are due on the same day each month based on your subscription date.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension of your site from our servers.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your plan at any time by providing written notice.
- If you cancel, your site will be taken offline at the end of your billing period.
- If you wish to keep the website and host it elsewhere, you must pay the applicable site buyout fee before receiving the website files.
5. Content & Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate, legal, and non-infringing content (text, images, logos, etc.) for your site.
- OkiiDesign is not liable for any copyright infringement or legal claims related to content you provide.
- We may refuse to work with businesses engaged in illegal or unethical activities.
6. Site Updates & Maintenance
- Standard Plan: Includes a set number of small updates per month (e.g., text changes, image swaps).
- Premium Plan: Includes unlimited CMS edits that you can do yourself, plus technical maintenance from our team.
- Additional updates outside your plan’s scope may incur extra charges.
7. SEO & Performance
While we apply SEO best practices, we cannot guarantee specific rankings in search engines due to factors beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
OkiiDesign will not be liable for any loss of profits, business, or data arising from the use of our services.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
