Since we build your site for free, there’s absolutely no risk. If you don’t like the design, that’s fine — you won’t be charged for any of our monthly plans until you approve the final version. We’re also happy to make as many iterations as needed until you’re fully satisfied. Our goal is to make sure you love your site before we go live.

Yes, we can create a one-time website design without any ongoing hosting or maintenance plan. In this case, our design packages start at $1,499 CAD for a fully custom, high-quality website. This includes the complete design, development, and delivery of your site files so you can host it wherever you choose.

If you cancel, your hosting and maintenance will stop, and your website will go offline. You can always restart your plan later to bring it back online.If you’d like to keep the website and host it elsewhere, we can provide the site files and code for a one-time purchase fee. This covers the full transfer of ownership and ensures you have everything you need to manage it independently.

If you’re on a monthly subscription through Stripe, you can request cancellation anytime by contacting us via our Contact Page. We’ll process your request before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

Please note: Once your plan is canceled, your hosting and maintenance will stop, and your website will go offline. If you wish to keep the website code and move it elsewhere, a one-time transfer fee applies.

A static website is built from fixed code and doesn’t include a content management system (CMS). This means you can’t log in and make changes yourself. But don’t worry — with our Standard plan, you simply send us your updates, and we’ll make them for you. A few updates are included every month at no extra cost.

A dynamic website is powered by a content management system (CMS), which lets you log in and update your site anytime — no coding required. With our Premium plan, you can easily add, edit, or remove content like services, portfolios, menus, events, testimonials, and more, all from a simple, user-friendly dashboard.
